Not only did they go above and beyond to return the sim cards I accidentally left in the room, but they also provided complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room - a small gesture that made a big difference. the sitting area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. the free wi-fi in rooms was fast and reliable, which made it easy to stay connected. the fully stocked kitchen with high-quality cookware and utensils, as well as an electric kettle, allowed me to prepare home-cooked meals during my stay. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment in the evenings, and the close proximity to various cafes and restaurants like Casa Amiga Leith and Storries Home Bakery made dining options incredibly convenient. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.
